Good luck and have fun! I have a YD3203 and I hardly feel safe hitting the mid 20's in it. I hope you can get a good setup for the front end to make it handle better! Plus I look forward to seeing the brake set up you come up with. I'd like to upgrade mine to a disc, but I don't have much time and I can't weld anything. I have a neighbor who may be able to do it, but I want to see a good set up that I want to copy before I even try it. :)

You have a lot of weight on the rear end. ThAt front End suspension is not ideal for off road...

But I would be more worried about stopping before ride comfort.
Do you plan on adding a disc brake?

shopping around for a disc brake set up. what is the problem with the front end? to weak? to soft? etc????

:oops:It is was the yerf dog spiderbox kart that had the weak front end... The ball joints were prone to failure. You don't have ball joints.

The major issue is that the majority of the engine weight is behind the rear axle, making the front end lighter (early Porsche 911s had the same issue)...

The other main issue is you have no ackermann in the spindles, maybe you have a crossover mount on the steering shaft but, I can't tell from the pics...
