You want an od of around 1” - 1”1/4”. Schedule 40 will be fine.
So since I will be using pipe and not tubing, I will use 3/4 inch pipe, which will give me an od of about 1".You want an od of around 1” - 1”1/4”. Schedule 40 will be fine.
That is what I plan on, so I won't be disappointed if I have to sell it, no matter what it sells for.But generally plan on loosing money.
I guess. And come to think of it, since I will be bending my own frame (HA!) I can make the back section of the frame however much higher than the front that I need to accommodate the large wheels. We'll see.18" diameter wheels means the axle will be 9" above the ground. That's not very high at all.
My dingo has about 3" IF THAT ground clearance. Keep in mind your gonna have a sprocket and a brake disc there too. Don't want them dragging.View attachment 147401
