Hello again all,
Another quick question. I have a manco 415 two seater that I have just recently installed new wheel bearings on (the last ones were junk) anyway when turning the wheel hard left or hard right the wheels tend to bind up. I am thinking that I am missing a washer on the outside and inside of the wheel.... Anyone else happen to find that thir wheels bind when turning.. Thanks........

You should have a spacer (cut from tube) inside the wheel, that fits between the bearings. This let's you tighten up bearing bolt without binding bearings. It holds the races rigid.....

You should have a spacer and a small 5/8" washer on the inside. Just the locknut on the outside....it's small enough that it only engages the race....

Little dudes cart is a rigid mount and he probably weighs a whoppin 60 lbs or so so he bouncs all over the yard!!!!!!!!!

That's all stock Manco 415-09 D stuff.... (Red Fox2)....Go to gokartsrus.com and look for manuals on the left. Punch in yours and you will get a download of all the parts needed and you can most likely get anything you need that your kart originally came with.

If you need. ....I can pull a wheel and give you exact dimensions on what is there......

Thanks for the help. I went down to the local Tractor Supply Store today and they had 5/8 spacers there. I bought one and cut it down to size and boom, problem fixed. Thanks for the pics and heads up.... I appreciate it......:cheers2:
