I'm new to the go kart forum. I'm about to buy my first. I really want to build a cyclekart, but I don't have the money for that. So I hope to pick up a cheaper go kart and modify it.

I just picked up an older go cart yesterday. I'd like to clean it up. Any suggestions?
Surface rust.
Repaint the frame?
New parts here and there im sure.
I would like to remove the wheels also and clean those up.
