Thanks guys. I'm starting to think about motors. I'm going to get the H.F. 3 or 6 horse power. I naturally want the biggest but this is going to be a radio flyer wagon cart and I wonder if a 6er will be too much?

Worked on my kart a little today.
I will clean up my welds tomorrow. I have a rolling kart !!

Great, but the spindles you have are for a trailing arms setup.
that is: you mounted them backwards and most likely swapped r&l.
better correct that now before you fab the rest of the steering

Light with a short wheelbase and 11" tires, I'd shoot for the 4:1 range with the 6.5, simply to prevent it from jumping at tip-in. If the budget allowed, I'd start with a 12 tooth clutch, and pick up a 52, 60, and 72 tooth spockets. Last I checked, APS had #35 2 piece sprockets for roughly $8. This would give you 3 common ratios to tune your wagon to your desired preference.
