Good morning and hello! Old guy from colorado, just got back into small engines, karts, and mini-motorized- whatever's. Grew up in a vintage 5hp streaker, now have a manco dingo, and a shaller model ss01. Love to tinker and have seen a few older posts here, figured this may be the "spot!"

I'll have to get some pictures taken, the dingo was stretched roughly 8" by the previous owner, nose was welded back on at a downward angle, and steering linkage was installed backwards and upside down, it rolls, but no care was ever shown to it, till I unloaded it here and has the 13hp honda un-siezed within 20 minutes of having it home. She is very rough currently, but I'm hoping to install a predator 670ccby the end of all the repair she needs. As far as being stuck here, man I hope so, it's hard to find a good forum, on any topic, that contains good ol down to earth folks!

Provided I posted them correctly, should be a picture of the dingo, the shaller ss01, and my "probably going to kill me" drift trike project. All 3 are projects by all rights, but the shaller will be out again after I rebuild the hub, it froze up on me yesterday.

Nice projects!
Poor ol' Dingo. It won't be a straight bolt up to put a 670 on that Dingo, and if you ever do that, make sure the steering and brakes are working 100% correctly!

Honestly, with as much work as the dingo requires before she is even safe to start up, I'm considering swapping the live axle and bigger tires ect over to the shaller, and then over time do new axles, hubs, brakes, steering components ect for the dingo, she really needs to be stripped down to a frame, and every nut, bolt and weld fixed, and tightened. If I do get into a 670cc I'll likely add structure and a much better cage, probably won't be much left as factory dingo, but she is already really, really bad, I'm glad I'm way under $400 for all three!
