Rail just said how to test...
The brakes shouldn't leak... There shouldn't be any movement on the machine with firm pressure of your foot... Aswell as the pedal shouldn't bottom out or go slowly down...
What's so confusing?

well how can it be firm if it full of air.. lol im trying to see if my master cylinder build pressure..and so far...it doesnt...it did for a bit....but i didnt fill the master cylinder with the fluid so it iar again
..now i coulsnt get it to build pressure..

Bleed the brakes again .. get all the air out . Get a brake bleeder from harbor freight... It's a few bucks I explained how to make one .

Little helpful info on the fluid types:
DOT 3: most common fluid in everything, attracts water
DOT 4: like a juiced-up DOT 3...higher temp boiling point, but totally compatible, attracts water
DOT 5: silicone-based, does not draw moisture, NOT compatible with ABS because it compresses more than DOT 3 & 4, messing with the ABS computer, but it won't hurt paint like the other two
