Dot 3 probably, it should say on the master cylinders cap ,go buy a vacuum brake bleeder..You'll love it.but if it's been sitting you may need new plungers for it. Does it hold pressure or leak down?.Don't forget to hone it if you replace the plungers. Get a small container and a hose put the hose in the container pump the peddle to drain fluid after 3or4 pumps refill the master. Keep doing that with the hose in the brake fluid to not allow air in the slave cylinder.. keep going until the fluid comes out clear.

Dot3 is fine....Dot4 &5 have higher temp ratings for more modern ABS type automotive applications...

There should be bleeder screws on the caliper. I'd make double sure I flushed the whole brake system really well as DOT5 brake fluid don't mix with any other. Can't hurt since you didn't know what was in there and some guys (me included) like to use DOT5 since it's hydrophobic, and has a much better temperature rating.

Bro, your disc is missing a chunk.you need a new disc.the bleeder is that rusted part above the tubing in last pic. Don't run it or you will need to replace the disc ,pads and slave cylinder. This is another reason to post pics.

can u see my picture and tell me where is the bleeder screws ? .and last night i put some of the brake fluid in the master cylinder..and it seems like the brake fluid came out very dirty...seems like it contaminated so i will flush the whole thing...now that mean just keep pumping the pedal and insert the brake fluid over in the matlster cylinder and until all of it came out ? ..
