Need help identifying

Picked this up for $100
Any idea on which model it is?
Would like to get a brake cable and a couple other items.
Someone swapped a 8hp Briggs on it. He claims it's geared way too high. Needs a push off like a land speed vehicle....
I'm thinking about trying a Juggernaut torque converter on it. Any idea what size sprocket I should buy. I'll probably stick with the 20” rear wheels, but might go up to 22". Thanks ahead of time.

I'd also say no to the juggernaut and no to 22" wheels

upping the revs won't do you no favour (well more than say 5500 rpms that is)
and you won't gain much by spending more money in the end.
(and messing with the gear ratio [bigger wheels] might not work in your favour at all either.)

2 problems:

Loose chain
And no jackshaft + small sprocket.

oh and with the cent clutch you're going nowhere without a jackshaft
(you'll need ~12:1 ratio meaning 168teeth on the axle sprocket)

with a series 30 (ten tooth #40) you get away with 60teeth on the axle.
(which is what it originally came with btw)

I'm totally fine with going back to it's basic stock setup. I think it has a 52 tooth in the axle now. I'll just buy a 30 series and 69 tooth and call it good. Thank you
