Need help identifying my kart

Don't know much about it other than it says high-performance pacesetter streaker serial number 52918

Yup, it's a Ken Bar Streaker Pacesetter. That's about as specific as identifying that kart will get.
Ooooh, a differential!! Exotic!
And I'm digging those big rear tires!
What's your plans for it?

I've restored one car so far but I don't know I'm up in the air with what I want to do with it that's what I'm trying to figure out did that back axle come like that or did somebody put that on there

No, that looks too clean. Some Streakers and Bird Engineering Bajas came with diffs stock.
The two main options you have are:
If you have money and mechanical skills, restore it!
If you don't, I'd just get it running and beat around on it.
If you can, I'd try to track down a Briggs flathead big-block. Like an 8 HP flattie(that's probably what it came with originally).
Or you could get a brand new DuroMax 440 16 HP big block. That thing would BOOGIE!

Looking at it again, that kart is remarkably clean! Looks like all it really needs cosmetically is a wire wheel treatment, some paint, and a seat!

Dunno.
If it was kept in similar conditions to mine(probably indoors), judging from the surface rust, maybe 80sish.
That's just a guess, because my 70s kart was in similar condition when I got it.
What state are you in? Climate is a big factor.

Au contraire mon frère! We have to get very specific because dang near ALL the Ken-Bar karts of the latter era (1990s until the end) say Ken-Bar Streaker Pace Setter. Every single one has that sticker with all those multiple (yet meaningless) terms on them trying to remind you (the buyer) that you bought something special, and the top-of-the-line go kart! WOOHOO!

I have a Ken-Bar Streaker Pace Setter too, but it looks nothing like the OP's.

His kart is an SC6, just like BigWes's BEAST.

It's a Ken-Bar streaker. I'd say it's the exact same model as mine. If you want to go cheap, get a predator 212, aftermarket 30 series with a 7" driven, and 9t sprocket. That setup moves mine pretty good. It seems like all you're basic frame parts are there. If the brakes work, all you should need is the rest of the drivetrain and a seat. Although I would like to know what size tires are on the back.
