Haha thanks for the heads up. I will make sure I pick one up when Im out. I pretty much spend my time playing with my new traxxas t-maxx that I got lately haven't had a chance to work on the gokart. I wreck my t-maxx other day so gonna purchase parts for it and in the meantime work on the gokart.
YAY for rc's. Although the T-MAXX 3.3 has some issues. sorry for the off topic post

a quick note about the tire fix,
The plugs in the kit are not designed to be burnt off.
Get a kit that has self vulcanitizing plugs, they won't come out even in a car doing burns out!
(and cut the plug thats left hanging out of the tire)

I finally have time to work on it, if anyone can help me find a picture of the similar engine i have and help me find parts for it. I am in need of a air filter. All i know is the engine is a 340 sled and has Tillotson on it. I search but couldnt find much. I found 2 plugs but have no idea what its for, one is a round plug with 2 wire on the back a yellow and black color. The other plug is square looking with 3 wire 2 yellow color and a loose brown wire, the plug wire lead to the pull start. So if anyone can tell me what these are for and how to connect them, it did come with neon lights but not connected anymore so i assume one of the plug wire is maybe the generator to power the lights but i have no idea how to connect it or which plug, help me out guys.thanks

ok i am havin trouble figuring out which one to connect the the gas line there is 2 insert on the carburetor that stick out for a line. There is a silver one on top and a black on on the bottom which one connect to the gas?I assume the other one is for the oil line... I have a picture that circle it to identify.

Upper is fuel lower is vacuum, there should be a hookup on the engine itself for the vac line. You have to premix the gas, I would run 25:1.

wats the purpose of the vac line for? I cant find any other hooked up dont even know exactly where is located.

It operates the carb, there should be a barb on the intake manifold or crankcase for the vacuum pulse. I suppose in a pinch you could stick a hose on it and hyperventilate into the line.

i think the bottom might be a fuel return line although i dont see why it would need one. or bottom is vacuum line and the diaphragm is bad

Proper connections are indicated in pic.
Carb not identical to yours but is basically the same.
I use these almost exclusively on all my 2 cycles.
May have torn diaphragm/stuck needle.
Get the kit and meticulously clean guts before re-assembly.
Get a better camera. Very hard to tell what you have.
