I've had a couple guys that wanna build their own frame pm me for the dimensions of mine. I mesured it up and thought I just post it here for anyone else interested.

My frame rails mesure 33mm. with a 3mm. wall thickness.

I havent updated my thread much lately cause my track skipped a week (in their every other week schedule) and I've had other commitments on those weekends. I finally got to race again last night and had a blast, I was given a strong warning to drive cleanly so I was extra cautious and ended up taking 4th place in the main.
After the main on the cool down lap some dude didnt realise the race had ended and plowed into the back of me launching the front of his kart into the air and hitting me in the back. I seem to be OK this morning but something on his kart cut my :censored: L/R tire to ribbons.

One of the races last night suddenly ended with a couple guys stopping right on the track in the middle of their race to duke it out. Their buddy's all either joined in or tried to stop the fight and it turned into quite a big old brawl.

Last night a dudes (blue) clone block completly broke off around where the cylinder attaches and launched the whole cylinder right off into the track. The dude had spent $1500 having this engine built to the max by a local race kart shop and it was a super strong runner for awhile. (almost as fast as my used $300 Star motor)

In all fairness he did get a couple months of races in before it blew but I've never seen one go off quite like this before. I wish I would of had my camera, it was some seriously gory carnage. I kinda thought that for this level of build he probably should of spent the extra coin and started out with a genuine GX200 block or better yet just had a Briggs Animal built. His rod and piston was still intact, looked like the block just gave up and broke around the cylinder mounting area.

This is why jesus invented girdles.

Good point newrider, I'll ask him about that. I know the dude had just resently dropped down to a 9-tooth (direct drive) setup, didnt have a tach and I got a feeling he was spinning it tighter than he should of.
