Well haven't posted up in awhile. I'm a senior member now! Still haven't painted my thunder cart yet. Guess I need to do that to celebrate its 1 year anniversary. Been tied up with this years Christmas project for my kids. Which is a small Chinese four wheeler that I have fitted with a pred 212. I still have a little ways to go with that. But I'll get some progress shots up tonight when I get in from work. Bbl

That would be pretty cool. I plan on putting white LEDs in there so I can mess around after dark with it. But for that extra cool effect I was thinking a few red LEDs that would make it flow at night with more of this effect lol

Have you started a thread on this? I've got a lil China quad that I'm thinking about doing this to.

No I haven't but it's already finished. The gearing needs dialing in. But it worked. I guess I could do a little write for you. Give me a little while and I'll get it done

Oh and the cr250r is insane. It scares me. Def not a toy. This thing is strictly business. It's a blast though. Got a few gaskets needing replaced and rear bearings that need replacing. Some bolts missing from the plastics. Just a few minor things. Thinking of buying an entire new set of plastics since they're faded and worn. It's is almost 20 years old. I'd like to fully restore it to its complete former glory. Think I'm getting a go pro so maybe I can get some video of the beast. I need to hang around more and get some more updates done with the things I've been doing for the past couple months. Works been non-stop.

You don't really even notice. You're more focused on how you're gonna stay on it. It's uncontrollably fast. I think I might have broken my knuckle on a pine tree yesterday. I put the bike away till this coming weekend. Riding wise anyway. I'll attempt to do some tinkering on it through the weekend if my hand allows

Well knuckle is definitely broken. I can still clutch with it though. This weekend a crank bearing went out so I've got the cr broke down in preparation of weisco bottom end kit. Should have her going by next weekend. I'll have to break out the go pro and get some video.

On another note here's the banshee me and a friend began building last night. These are 342cc stock but this one is in the middle of a 392 big bore top end swap. Dome top Pistons, vforce4 reeds, headers, and going to need bigger carbs. This thing is going to be wild.

No they were on it when we bought it. Along with smoothie fronts and a piece of pipe where the rear shock is supposed to be. Someone was sand dragging with it. Actually got it all together today and got it to fire up. Def going to need bigger carbs. I'll see if I can upload the first crank vid

So I finally found the subframe I needed. No kart work as of late but this is what my life after work looks like lately. That's my cr250 engine. Needs crank bearings. Now this has been off my bike for two weeks and I haven't gotten to work on it at all until last night. Over the past two weeks I've fixed four other bikes. My friends that no nothing mechanically think I should work on their stuff first. Aggravating situation but if I didn't work on their stuff they'd never afford to fix it. And I'd have no riding buddies. Time to put down everyone else's problems and fix my own now.!
