Saw the steering wheel peaking over the bed rail of his 72 elcamino at me, and had to see more. Got one quick picture and wanted to share, with his blessing of course, he said it's a 60's era "wasp" and it's super clean. I gather he put a little over $1200 into the refurbish job.

He did a really good job. And it’s not hard to go overboard on price. I should know. Lol

Ummmmm, that's a REALLY nice vintage racing kart, but it is NOT a 60s race kart! It wasn't until the 70s or 80s that the engine was put next to the driver instead of behind him.

I dig it nonetheless!

Not sure, he has all kinds of cool stuff to include his high school Pontiac GTO, and the only 1972 chevelle "heavy chevy" I've ever seen in person, the heavy chevy is all original right down to the paint, numbers matching! He's a cool older guy, he has taken to the nickname "old man" well as we've been neighbors for around 20 years.
