Nice Shop, but it sounds like you need to feed your cat. LOL

Cool little bike. Have you considered a Jack-Shaft kit to allow you to center up the engine(s) better?

Awesome! Is this kit really worth it? Is it really a bolt together and go kit? (AKA no other... materials needed?)

Thanks!

BTW, have you found out a larger tire for it :)?

Well... I did need to feed those cats. There is about 10 of them sitting there watching me.

I thought about a jackshaft, but I like the hassle free of no jackshaft. Its lined up rather well.

I'd say this kit is worth it! I've had tons of fun riding it around. You only need a crescent wrench and a screwdriver to put the kit together. Also you need some primer and paint for the frame. Don't use Valspar...It doesn't like to stay on when it hits the dirt. :p

The only thing the kit doesn't come with is the clutch, chain cover and engine. Max Torque clutch from mfg was only $24 and works perfect! I also got a guard and moved the pegs back.

I just ordered some larger tires. Steel spilt 10" rims. High speed bearings with a 60 tooth sprocket. Should be able to haul down the road when I get them! They weren't cheap by no means. I figured I'd rather spend extra money on wheels and avoid insurance claims. :p

All and all I'd buy all the parts seperate and not get the little wheels. Unless you like to go around 20mph. I had the tire go flat on me once, but I patched it up with a bicycle patch and filled some cactus juice in it. Never went flat again!

Where are you trying to get the gask tank too? Is it a suction style carb with the gask tank right under it? if so you need a whole new carb to relocate the tank.

My engine has a carb with one of those pulse fuel pumps on, usually the tank is mounted under teh carb.
Am I going to have trouble with it mounted on my motorcycle that way?

My go cart had the tank mounted high, never had problems with it, same model engine.

Yes it does have the gastank right under it. But, it uses a diaphragm to pull the fuel into the bowl where it then uses it. Right now I am trying to find a suitable gas tank. I have a Cactus juice bottle for the tank.

I haven't rode it yet. Waiting for my clone to come. I used my real debit card this time instead of my gift card. I'ma save the briggs and mod it a little and do some decent painting work and stuff on it. Then use the clone for a nice cruiser engine. Here is the pics of the wheels on. I LOVE them. I sat on it. The extra PSI really makes them feel nice. I pushed myself around the garage alittle...I want to ride it so bad.

Right side view.

View of old wheels. Which are still good!

A little fun with my header pipe I got from Ebay.

Thanks guys! I think I'ma refuse the clone when it comes. Just gonna use the money to mod with the flatty. It fits nicely in there.

I have a 22VM Mikuni coming. Only 30 shipped and its coming with some jets. Hopefully I'll get this thing running nicely!

where'd you get that carb, I think my stock carb crapped out on my yesterday, it died, and I can only get it to pop now, seems to have plenty of spark, so I figure it's gotta be the diaphragm or the carb, and if I can get a mik for cheap, it'd be better anyhow.
thanks
