Are you having stopping problems? My single disc brake doesn't provide enough stopping power

not yet, will let you know when i do lol, hit the clutch or drop it to neutral that way the motor is not providing any force to the wheels!

My kart is stupid fast! kind of scary, the throttle got stuck open some how yesterday and I've kind of been scared to get back on it until I figure out the problem, and the killswitch didn't work for some reason...so I pulled the spark plug

I'd want a bigger radiator for riding out here in the hot phoenix summers.

Does it get very hot where you live? Are you going to instal any kinda temp gauge?

naw doesnt really get hot where i am at, but yes a gauge and other lil necessary thing will be added one the kart gets rolling! thanks for your feedback! i live in WA so it gets about 90 the most in the summer time its mostly in the 70's and 80's here if even that high!

How did you mount the engine to the kart? And how did you manage to get fuel to the carb? Fuel pump?

i bought a motor mount and fabricated it so that it fits the kx250! no pump yet, hoping that i wont need one but not sure. we will see though if i nee one the i will just have to order me on from ebay.
