I'm not familiar with your particular engine, but governor removals all pretty much boil down to the same thing. Remove all exterior linkage and componentry. Open up the engine and remove governor internals. Plug the hole left by the governor arm, reassemble the engine, fabricate a new throttle mechanism to control the carb directly.

sounds good. ill get onto it today. i fixed the brakes yesterday afternoon. The setup Toystory supplied worked excellent. Brakes didnt need bleeding, just weren't getting pressed enough :).

You did what with the brakes? Got a pic?
EDIT- I drilled the governor arm hole a bit bigger, and tapped threads for a 5/16-18 bolt. Wrapped telflon tape around the bolt and plugged the hole. Just a suggestion, if you haven't solved that yet.

Geez 28mm is a bit big! It'l go real good with the governor removed!

As for removing the governor, if you haven't done it all ready this is basically the same.

Thanks

Hayden
