Its not a waste. Its a written off bike. Its been damaged so badly no one wanted to fix it. Cheapest way to get a bike engine and parts these days.

Yep, I did the website before discovering this site.

I'll be updating my site again in a few days with more pics. It's too cold to work on it today.

Is anybody at this site building larger carts? (e.g. mini or buggy sized carts?)

Andrew: I just checked out your link. NICE A-arms. I'm starting mine tomorrow. I may not have time to weld them but I'll at least have the parts cut.

newrider3: great links to wheels & tires!!! Thanks!

What are you guys doing for wheel hubs?

I just posted the frame photos to my website. Go to Project Photos / Frame Photos. Also, fabbed the floorboard, seatbelt, and seat tabs. I'll probably TIG them tomorrow & post more photos.

I just posted todays work on my website (look under the frame photos section).

This weekend I made the tabs to secure the floor board, seat, and seatbelt. I also made the mounting plate for the clutch, brake, and throttle peddals. All pieces were tack welded to the frame.

I also made two of the four primary pieces used to attach the frame to the body. No pics of it yet. Now that we're in daylight savings time, build progress should pickup. I'm just hoping for good weather.
