I was wondering if anyone could help me find a throttle cable for this cart, bought it last week and needed a little TLC. This is the last part I need so it will run like new. Parts are hard to fine since murray went bankrupt and B&S bought them...:mad2:

Any and all help is greatly appreciated! Would like to find a manual in paper or online form also.

Thanks,
RJ

Well I thought we were on to something there but I can't seem to find it by the part number on there either...you would think there would be more info about these floating around the net somewhere. Thanks a lot, that is still a big help though!

Still looking for that elusive throttle cable

I didn't even think about that...I had bout some throttle cable from the auto store but the sliding action is rough on it...bicycle cable would work perfect, any suggestions on the best place to find some?

If you are in the USA, Walmart should have it. Any bicycle shop should also have, but Walmart is probably your best bet.

You could always lube the inside of the outer cover of your auto store cable. It should help with the sliding action.

2 sprained wrists, bruised collarbone, and some cuts and puncture wound on arms and hands. Could have been a lot worse, if she wouldnt have hit a tree it was a 20ft drop.... So thank god for trees!

Start a thread of your own and post some pics of the part that is worn. We will be able to help you out when we see what the problem is. It will hopefully be an easy fix
