would a new header and a new muffler make my 6.5 clone faster if not what r some basic steps i can follow to add a lil power to my 6.5

A header makes it sound pretty good and I find makes it more interesting to drive.

an air intake does alot to performance on the 6.5 clones and since you will have the additional air you can drill out the carb jet or just replace it with a bigger one. word is itll make it 8hp but idk about all of that i bought a header air intake and adapter off ebay for $55 works great heres a pic
