Can anyone tell me what this is? I'm also wondering if it's just a shorty or if it's missing a swingarm. That design looks familiar to me from when I knew more about these but it's been forever. Wheel looks like old rupp I think. I'm on another adventure and this may be a stop and grab. So expedited answers would be fabulous.

Looks like a Baja Doodlebug to me. IDK if it had a swing arm. I'm not a mini bike expert by any means.
How much are they asking? I wouldn't pay much more than $50.

I think it's some model of Broncco. Look for 7" wheel and tire (Pirelli) . Hard to find tires in that size.

I have a better pic someplace (looking).

P.S. I have the TX-1.

Yeah that looks like the fella there. It's was 50 bucks but sold before I got in touch. I ended up finding an electric power wheels Mx3 on my travels (not really on my way at all) for 20$! Couldn't pass it up. It's got the right shape frame underneath the plastic to extend it a touch with a u shape for a fat tire and throw a sprung seat on it. Plus it's little so the smallish two stroke that's going on it won't be tiny looking. Check out my toro Suzuki build for some more on this if you like.

check if two fins of the turbine wheel are parallel..
if so it's indeed a Fantic turbine not a Rupp
and thus it'll be indeed some kind of Fantic Broncco

An italian made mini bike (that'd also fit the Pirelli tyre ;))

Thanks again. It sold before I got in touch. Good info though.

I would agree on the bronco thing, you can see the big hand wheel nut for the head tube/forks in the pic.
