I guess I registered 4 years ago when I found an old gokart, then I re-registered this last week for this new kart I bought....Now, I'm really gonna need help on this one!

It has no brakes!! The master cylinder is busted, but I will rebuild....

Yeah, no brakes is not a good thing but, it's not too hard to rebuild a master cylinder...

I already dismounted all 4 tires and rims and gave then a good cleaning. The 2 front tires are toast, so I bought 2 new tires and mounted them. That whole process was cool. I will start taking apart the rest to get it cleaned and lubricated.

The engines runs on first pull early in the morning, while I give it gas. It will not idle by itself though. Help anyone?

The Hurst Airheart master cylinder is toast. I think the rest of the braking system is good. I will take off and break apart to soak in cleaner. Can someone point me in the right direction to rebuild it?

The top part of the silver spindle says "Margay"...

which looks to me like a "Margay concept IIs" or maybe "Margay Sprint XperT" *shrugs*
I can't tell for sure.

I thought the Panther had two struts as a lower steering mount,
but what do I know *shrugs*

So, I have to buy this kit to rebuild M/C?.....Anyone have instructions?

I read somewhere, someone rebuilt it with parts from Napa.

I can't find anything but, it's not too difficult; we talked landuse through an engine rebuild so, we should be able to talk you through a M/C rebuild...
