Manco 810/812 axle help

Back again, I have had the cart sitting in the back yard trying to figure out what to do with this thing. None of the local shops wanted to touch the axle trying to fix it, told me to just buy a new one. The last time I priced everything I need at gopowersports I was looking at $400 and it is now gone up to around $450 since I last looked.
I am having to rebuild the entire axle since none of the parts will carry over to a new 1" manco 38" axle.

Back at this again, I am about to pull the trigger and just order the whole axle and other stuff from go power sports as I have not found any other options to get this cart back up running again.

One question, from the picture blow of my existing axle, should I order a 38" or 40" 1" live axle? Thanks.

And after more research I think I have a Manco Dingo 813 as they are one of the only ones I can find that had a differential.

I know this is a year old, but the 813 and the 810 had the differential axle that you have shown, I have both a green 810 and a red 813. I’m in the process of re-doing the red 813 now. Very frustrating on trying to source axle parts. I did think about doing a solid axle swap like you mentioned, and yes your numbers are about spot on, I need to change the rear sprocket out on mine and having trouble finding a sprocket with 8 holes in it and not 6 like that is available everywhere.
