alright, my friend brought this thing over. its a electric mini moto.
36 volt setup, 400 watt motor, im impressed for its size.
turn key, pull throttle, *click* and nothing.
checked batteries, reading 37.9volts. good.
checked fuse. not blown.
checked all the wires, seemed proper.
i was stumped.
so i directly jumped the motor itself, and nothing.
took it apart to find it rusted, brushes cracked, and a magnet broke off the housing. not good.
so i actually remembered i had a 300 watt 24 volt motor laying around from my razor electric to gas conversion.
welded the scooter motor mount right over the old one. i can only put in 3 bolts but im not worried.
bolted on the motor, and it WORKS!
however my friend took home the key

so ill bypass the key wires with a paperclip and take it for a spin tomorrow!
it sounds like its totally on steroids!
not sure if im going to do a gas conversion of it, but i like how you can drive electric almost anywhere around town, unlike a noisy 2 stroke.
maybe a beefy electric setup in the future?
just gotta put the fairings back on and its good!
