Hey, that's great!
Whilst you are in there you could get a flat top piston and a new set of rings for $15 to wake her up! And in true DIY style you could shave the head a few hundredths with a sheet of glass and some fine grit abrasive paper. The rings are probably OK, but for $5 if you are already in the engine anyway...
What do you mean by intake and exhaust part?

Definatly what im going to do! I might remove the govorner will im in there too. Hopefully a new piston head and ring will bring her back. I ment the cylinder head. It had a great amount of build up.
