Don't know what sort of time or effort you what to put into your project, but you asked.
Pulling a cart will be a complete fail, they work great behind a lawn mower but anything more, no mas.
I've pulled one behind my 4 wheeler around home and it was pretty much a clown show.
The smallest rock or bump and they go airborne and try to end up on their side.
Some deluxe suspension will help, but its still a compromise, not to mention the ability of the kart to even pull it off road.

How about building or having a roll cage built?
Incorporate one of those car top torpedo cargo cases to mount on top, or just a simple durable small case.
i meant like i would drive the go kart
not just bring it

Look at photos of bicycle trailers. Should get some inspiration. Some are small one wheel versions that would carry a backpack. Other are two wheeled and larger for more cargo.

I have a small trailer that's basically a tool box with a hitch and highway tires and bearings. It's a trailer for a motor cycle. It weighs like 100lb empty.

Try building a bolt on , one wheel box. Make the wheel a swivel wheel. Then you can just remove it when not in use and it will follow you anywhere

i thought of doing that and i actually started to build it but then i realized that that’s gonna get in the way of my ram intake
and it would look silly too
I still cannot comprehend
I don't think you can...."comprehend'..... that this whole idea is....."silly too"...

Just get an Uber, they got trunks
and a back seat to put your backpack.
