Now I’m curious as to what the solution was.
Take a 1/2” pitch 9T sprocket drill out bore of sprocket to 3/4”, weld it to b-type hub so you only need a key on the hub, not fully keyed “through the sprocket.”
Or does that still not solve the issue about the chain link not fitting properly around the shaft? I was only thinking about the key.
