I bought a simple little team engine and made a quick video. Thought some of you guys might find it cool too.

I had one of these engines from lee valley once but I ran it too long and the solder melted off one of the tubes and I tried to exchange it but the guy at lee valley said its been too long.

Thats awesome. As a hobby I do 'model engineering' which is building model steam engines/petrol engines/stirling engines/atmospheric engines/steam locomotives.
This is my second attempt at a steam engine

You can make one of those with some 1/8" copper tubing from the hardware store. Couple winds around a AA battery, form the "tails", run a on a little tea light candle.

Ya those are really cool model i've seen them before but i dont think i would try and build one. Since looking at this a bit i think i want to build a giant one but i dont think ill actually do it.
