Stupendous bikes! Love seeing the 5 horse Briggs in place, perfect engine for the application.

Is Jig Master Kermit 🐸 still making bikes? Are you him or just a rep? Definitely some unusual styling features, the way the exhaust pipe is snaked around the body *engine and frame* and exits in the typical way for a motorcycle and the base of the pipe itself. Never seen that sort of mounting flange before on a Briggs (or anything) before. Looks like a revolver cylinder.

Love the clutch brake and it keeps the wheels clean of drums, discs and cables.

No...Yes...I designed and built 25+ bikes back in 2000...I always liked the 1960's Paco Style Ridged Frame...I designed the exhaust flange so I can use 1 1/4" round tube for the Pipe...And yes I designed the Clutch Brake bracket to attach to the PTO bolt pattern on the engine, and also it incorporates the chain guard mounting...
And I always use #40 Chain for extra strength
