Is Jig Master Kermit 
still making bikes? Are you him or just a rep? Definitely some unusual styling features, the way the exhaust pipe is snaked around the body *engine and frame* and exits in the typical way for a motorcycle and the base of the pipe itself. Never seen that sort of mounting flange before on a Briggs (or anything) before. Looks like a revolver cylinder.
Love the clutch brake and it keeps the wheels clean of drums, discs and cables.
