I take meds for that now denny

I was curious, the 79cc pred is based on / clone of a honda gx80 for the india market.
GX80s are not sold anywhere else to my knowledge.

Just burn in the motor plate then paint.

Easy way to weld the flanges on straight.

The cold and clogging spray cans does that adequately.

Engine fitment 10/10 , by complete luck.

It's mounted and runs really nice.

I drilled the hi/lo jets one number size higher for the intake/exh upgrade. Seems just right.
In typical fashion, BMI karts took forever to get my order in the mail so no wheels till tomorrow.

I had to be stubborn and cheap and use a one piece 4in tubeless rim up front, that was fun to pry on
and set the bead.

Chain lines up, wheel centered, should have it rolling shortly

Not many options for a throttle cable hookup on the 79cc

Also I found out dollar tree carries DAP brand orange threadlock, the high vibration type,
for $1.25 a tube. Good deal y'all.

Just keeping busy, also got rid of the few chinese bikes I had. Always
wanted to build the tomb thumb bike too.

The engine parts are for a kart bound engine ,
a true 196cc clone

After 2 weeks I finally got my block.

No numbers on it, true 68mm gx200 clone, governor and low oil holes
cast over still. But nobody can guess the intended application of these .

Ready to throw parts at out the box

Ordered the wrong top plate, at least it was on clearance

Fixed

Had to order some oil caps and stainless valves, in the meantime
im going to mill a genuine gx200 head. With the flat top
lo drag piston should be over 10 to 1.
