We had a tool when Fords would break their spark plugs(And they did all the time, Ford said the plugs overheated and formed cracks.) It was square with these teeth like a screw don't remember what it's called.

Curious about this rear end.. I got some oil since it's all enclosed. Any idea where drain plug might be for lubricating the rear axle?

As I mentioned previously, I've never seen a rear end like this before on a kart.

Also, there is a hose coming off the rear in the center.. It's just tucked around on the other side. What is this for?

That's a pretty beefy rear end, do you have multiple gears or is it a cvt?

It's a CVT .. No gears. You would think it would have a gearbox and a reverse. I don't know why it doesn't.
I drained all the old gear oil last night, it was mocha brown. Filled it up with some new.

NEWEST PROBLEM
Flywheel is locked up, starter won't even move it a hair. If it ends up being a variator or something inside the clutch case. I really don't want to mess with the rear axle at all - if I don't find anything inside the head. In order for me to access the variator, clutch, and belt side - I would have to drain gear oi and remove both sides on the rear to be able to pull off the cvt casing. If you look in the pics, the casing fits between the axle - like it's all one piece in unison. Great design, but not for accessing the internals of the motor (cvt side). It's a solid rear end though.
