if you can find a good enough photo of the sticker,
you can DIY a sticker template to make one.
gimp is free, inkscape is free
(i'd prefere the latter to make a vector graphic tbh since it'd be infinitely scalable)
load a photo.. trace it... print it (have it printed).. enjoy...
DIY at it's easiest :D

Try PM'ing skulldrinker. His brother has a sticker printer.
They made some Bird Eng. logo stickers and shared some with me. IDK, maybe for a few bucks he'll design and send you some custom floorpan stickers.

I hope these help. I know the stickers aren't in pristine condition, but they should be good enough.

Perhaps my favorite sticker on the kart.

I think that the space between the S and T is supposed to be there, as well as the spaces where the T goes by the R.

looks like a brush script font
should be easy to reproduce...

Wiggle some brush script font that gets close enough in place,
maybe the original "Brush Script" (1942 by Robert E. Smith) even
and add the few missing bits.

inkscape would be cheapest weapon of choice here ;)

PS Protip:
use "own preview" on font pages to see how the font renders the label ;)
like:
https://www.dafont.com/theme.php?cat=604&text=Streaker

and a few pages of browsing later:
a font that I think can be wiggled to match (with manually added serifs)
