Nope, no filling, i was going for a nice sound and high-ish flow, not muffling. yours is essentially the same design as mine, but instead of separate input/output pipes mine is 1 piece for added strength.

Ya similar , I`de like to find a outer funnel shape of pipe like a Stinger exhaust I had on my VW rail buggy , it sounded so cool when the baffel was out of it , this will be used on my kart with a Honda 185 4 stroke trike engine ,, Bill

You see thats the thing, i dont know what to search for, i mean i search lights, but what would they be called? Or what would they be meant to be used for?

Off the top of my head, it sounds like the dimensions for a regular square headlight that you'd find on just about every Chevrolet pick-up from the 80's on up.

These are pretty small, there definitely not car headlight size. I'm talking just a little bit bigger than an ipod or index card.

Covering up light holes is a Sin! You need alot of lights. The more lights the better!

Look for a set of rectangular fog lights , you can get them with a clear lens and I`m almost sure thats the size you need ,, Bill
