i just bought a 110cc semi-auto quad ,3 gears and reverse shaft driven ,its only 3 months old and its in good nick ,just want 2 no how fast would u think it would go ,didnt get a chance 2 bring it for a good spin ,and how do i adjust the power of it ,i was told i can adjust it to suit age any help would be great?

What kind of speed? Acceleration or top end? Gearing has everything to do with that. It also depends on how heavy you are and the weight of the quad.
who makes it and what type/model is it?

Yeah- this is kinda like saying "I got a car, how fast will it go". Kinda depends on the car... A LOT.
Hmm im not sure but I will bet someone here knows. Can you just get it up to speed on a road and have a car pace you?
I have never seen one of these shaft driven, but in any case you are probably looking at similar performance to this. 35mph max.

With maintenance, chains shouldn't be snapping. They do wear out eventually though. The liability I see to shaft drive, is that it seriously complicates regearing. Changing the final ratio in a chain-drive system is easy. With a gear drive (shaft), you have to HOPE somebody makes a gearset that meets your needs, and you'd better bring your wallet...
also ders a baffle in the exhaust with 2 screws in it ,i unscrew them ,it moves but it wont come out because theres a weld around the tip , if i did take it out would it make any difference in power ,i know it will be louder anyway ,and would be safe to do that
how often should i change the oil in the drive shaft
because today i checked it and the oil is like grease its not really oil ,is that the way it should be ?

If it a 4 stroke and not a 2 stroke taking the out as far as i know will give you better proformance because of no back pressure, but with 2 stroke you need back pressure for more proformance. For the oil i would say once a year and if it gets greasy like that i would think it would be ok aslong as it is thin enough to drain out yet. You could look on the fram for a model number or a exact type and google search a mannal fo it.
