Good info on the CDI fix - never heard that before - but thats not surprising theres still lots of stuff to learn. Have 2 weed wackers that might need that fix tried on. One is a LB - didnt pick them up to use a wackers just wanted the engines.

Save money you get from sale of fixed mowers and get yourself one of these:
US820
Up to around 11 hp. Based on old West Bend kart engines.
One of the best small displacement 2 cycle engines made.

i talked to this guy, and he said that he has 4-5 (thats how many he has) briggs, he doesnt know if they run or what size they are but he wants to give em' to me for $10 ea. isnt that great

what i said in that post was that he should add some pics of other engines such as jacobsen, clones, lawn boy ect. and how to troubble shoot them
