Like many others, just trying to demonstrate my appreciation for three letter acronyms, I mean uh... TLA's

British Thermal Units are pretty close to AustraliaThermal Units, but the exchange rate is better if you buy ATUs with USDs, then if you bought BTUs with AUDs. I tried PCP, now I see UFOs, call the CPD or CFD because I need the ICU or an MGD.

It's a freaking white out. Almost went sideways going down an off ramp coming into work and I was doing 35mph and it was freshly plowed. Hope roads will be fine in 5 hours when I'm off. Doesn't help my ties are down to the wear bars and I can't afford new tires, even with my employee discount.

Out in North Platte on the other end of the state, I guess they have power lines down. A few car wrecks here, one ended up sliding into the back of a county salt truck (people here don't keep a lot of space between them and the person in front).

Dealership is closing early today. Weather is so bad that they don't want to risk any accidents. In Kearney which about 120 miles west of here has pulled all snow plows off the road because it's so bad out.
