The best kind of wood is what you can find lying by a dumpster. Try using some hinges for spindles. For steering use rope. I wouldn't go any smaller than a 6.5 hp engine. Go as fast as you can the first time out. If you follow these simple suggestions you'll get dead quicker and save us all a lot of wasted time".............

OP, that thing looks like a deathtrap. i wouldnt even ride it down a hill with no motor, let alone try to go 20 mph on it.
IMO the only smart use for that would be as firewood

OP, a wooden kart is going to break quick even if you get it to work.
I've tried, and quickly found out that your better off with at least a frame off cl.
