Ok so first thing is how old are you, next is are you required to wear a helmet on a daily basis. Just curious because after riding that thing you will need to wear one.

Again with the wooden kart? 20 pages weren't enough last time? Normally my response would be "I'd rather beat my dick flat with a mallet than do this again" but in the interest of supporting a new karter I'll say "Yes.Wooden karts are as safe as they come. The best kind of wood is what you can find lying by a dumpster. Try using some hinges for spindles. For steering use rope. I wouldn't go any smaller than a 6.5 hp engine. Go as fast as you can the first time out. If you follow these simple suggestions you'll get dead quicker and save us all a lot of wasted time".............

OP, that thing looks like a deathtrap. i wouldnt even ride it down a hill with no motor, let alone try to go 20 mph on it.
IMO the only smart use for that would be as firewood

:lolgoku: i see what you did there.
OP, a wooden kart is going to break quick even if you get it to work.
I've tried, and quickly found out that your better off with at least a frame off cl.
