I'm searching for an intake to mount my 22mm Mikuni on my 212cc Predator Hemi. I've found two but want to see if anyone has used either of these or if there are other intakes out there. Has anyone used the one in the pic below?

Or this one?

Id say... if you have the carb on hand... one could easily make one of those without too much trouble....

Yes I know, I've made several before. Not technically hard but time consuming. It's much easier to buy a premade one which is what I'm looking for.

I've been debating trying to make one vs buying one too. Using a 304 stainless weld elbow sch 10 would probably work well. Making the flanges will suck.

Making the flanges is easy, with a metal saw a grinder and a belt sander. and some patience and diligence.
I made these one is for steering the other is a steering wheel mount.

309l 3/32 arc rods run really well if you can stick weld. Er70s 6 wire is fine too. Mild steel to stainless just allows rust. Still holds.

Should have one made soon for run reference. I have the Keihan 22mm though. Not sure if there the same bolt pattern. I'll post results as soon as possible.

Long vs short????
What's the opinion?
Long maybe means the carb/intake is colder?
Short maybe gives better flow?

I bought the long one. It looks like a very nice piece. Has the pulse fitting and also came with a plug for the hole if you don't need the pulse fitting. Hav'nt installed it yet. I want to break the motor in with the stock carb first then instal the Mikuni. But I'm pretty sure it will be well worth the money. Like I said, it's a billet aluminum one piece and black anodized.
