So how bout a lilttle background on my sumer project…Once upon a time I was driving home from my girlfriends house and out of the corner of my eye I spot a frame! Just sitting there all alone next to a dumpster s o turn around to go look at it and relize it’s a mini chopper frame and even be a mini chopper it still wont fit in the trans am..DUH . I race home to get the truck and and race back over there! Get there throw it in the back and race back home!(there was a lot of racing that night
anywayyyy got it out to the shop and looked at what I had… the bike came with a frame, forks, trees, wheels and tires, rear drums, a front rotor, seat, and crappy handle bars. Allof it was covered in rust and grass and other stuff.
Sorry no build pics! No camera then
the number goes with the pic in order sorry im new here and dont kno exactly how to do everything yet haha
1.It only took about a month for all of it even tho I’m still waiting on the rear sprocket so I can test drive it. There was a ton of grinding and polishing to get everything I could shinny and smooth or just clean!
2.It’s really small for me I might just end up giving it to my little brother and making me a real one with my dad’s triumph frame
3.the engine is a LCT 208cc 6 hp 9 ft lbs beast the I got from a $400 craftsmen tiller that was on sale for $100 because it was “broke” (it had a realllllly wobbly wheel) I got tons of stuff off that tiller including the gas tank which kills the look of the bike but im cheap and don’t wana buy one haha
4.Crappy seat which im going to rewrap and tank
5.The handle bars are the only thing with rust still because ima switch the out for straight bars when I find some.
tell me what yall think and advice is helpful
