The rim is cracked on the bead and need a new one . Can I still use the sprocket and drum or do I need a whole new assembly ? Please help

Can't see why not, BUT the teeth on the sprocket look like they have a lot of use. Like worn out. Get a new sprocket and chain to go with it.

Does the sprocket separate from the rim ? When I removed the hub bolts the drum and sprocket are solid on one half of the rim .

Any suggestions on an easy kit to replace that drive wheel ?

Howdy & :welcome2:

I'm not sure on all of "your specific" details
...like, what size axle your kart has (maybe 3/4"?)

So "Just food for thought"
...but, maybe something like these:

Rim
https://www.bmikarts.com/6-Aluminum-Wheel-4-wide-34-ID-Bearing_p_3276.html

Sprocket/Brake drum
https://www.bmikarts.com/Sprocket-60T-for-35-Chain-with-4-Brake-Drum_p_10940.html

Be sure to double check "the details" before purchasing, like
...axle size
...brake drum size
...tooth count etc.

* Brakes?
I see it has a brake pedal
...but, couldn't see the rest of the system

You don't need to pay the high price for parts carrying the Azusa name, and using their 3-bolt split rims. Just use cheaper aftermarket parts, and I personally prefer 4-bolt split rims. I see you have a combo split rim with 3-bolt internal combo drum brake drum and sprocket. At least it looks internal (machined internal for the expanding brake shoes inside), as opposed to external (machined external for a band brake on the outside).

Thanks ! I got a 60 tooth sprocket on Amazon for 43$ was way cheaper than Azusa site and quicker to get . Just want to have it put together for Christmas. Getting it powder coated it got sand blasted today

I may be late to reply,
In India we weld and machine the hub if it is expensive or not easily available. They run decent after the weld.

But does that sprocket match the drive sprocket, and is compatible with the chain.........they all have to be the same either 35...or 40...or 42.
"a sprocket is not just a sprocket" ( Shakespear ) You can't mix, and match based on cost!
