I‘m looking for Scott’s video this morning and cannot find it again.

You and me both. I never did find it and no doubt it was controversial. The boss over there seems pretty strict about some things so maybe he took it down?

Think this is the place:

Scared the **** outta me!
Paused at the perfect moment to get this shot.

I wonder what true speed the ball bearings ejected at. I’m purely guessing i believe they were under enough momentum to end this dude if they headed towards and connected anywhere above the waist. Look how many there were inside that tube. Oiled buckshot

...And this is if they were only .177, standard airgun ammo. They look bigger than that to me.

Nope still only see engine idling in a loop. No arrows to advance through videos. :mad2:
When you’re watching the idling video start clicking to the right or left of the video like actually right click the video to see if you can make the fadeaway arrows pop up.. The arrows don’t appear for me either until I click the right of the video to make them appear.

Here ya go denny. I stole this just for you.

Thank you!

Edit: one ball bearing through the tank to splash gas all over the guy and one spark to light the bbq…

Gas and fire in the eyeballs. the shredded copper filay knives right next to the throttle lever.

Ball bearings ejected at 1/2 Mach Jesus

Many ways this could have messed this guy up.

I watch the video and every time I think he is just dang lucky to be unharmed.

Anyone notice the caption saying he doesn’t have the correct tools but still has version 2 in mind? You read that right. Dude typed out and posted he’s looking into building this again. Stop using your lottery ticket luck trying to balance an already balanced flywheel :mad2:

I did catch that and had something typed-out for my last post, but didn't want to end up with a wall of text.

He's self-aware enough to know he's a dumbass, but not enough to realize that he's taking all this personal risk to make something that has no purpose. As far as I can tell, it's a conceptual combination of tire balancing beads and a Fluidampr (correct spelling). Neither of those things has any application on the flywheel of a small engine. The flywheel was already balanced and a single-cylinder crankshaft is too short to develop harmonic vibrations that need a damper.
