Paused at the perfect moment to get this shot.

I wonder what true speed the ball bearings ejected at. I’m purely guessing i believe they were under enough momentum to end this dude if they headed towards and connected anywhere above the waist. Look how many there were inside that tube. Oiled buckshot

...And this is if they were only .177, standard airgun ammo. They look bigger than that to me.

It felt like watching a monkey play with a gun.

I wonder what true speed the ball bearings ejected at.

Assuming a 10" flywheel diameter and 5500rpm, about 240 ft/s. Not likely fast enough IMO for a Darwin Award. I do support him winning one, though. He just needs to think bigger if that's going to happen.
