Got this chopper in a trade deal and I’m very pleased so far. I was giving a brand new 212cc in the box to go with the frame. The back break are band brakes I believe and the front is some heavy duty brake with a caliper but it’s not installed. The frame has a battery and a speedometer along with left and right signals and a electric horn. There I. A headlight but no tail lights and there are a few switches or kill switches I’m not too sure. I would like to get a front tire that will work best for the frame and over all look of the chopper.

1. What front wheel can I get
2. How do I hook up the electronics, speedometer headlights etc.
3. What throttle can I use to fit this chopper
4. And last but not least what brand is it.

I have some pics but they are bad at the moment because it’s late

can we get a side view of that thing..
it's hard to identify something from that angle..

I smell turbine rear wheel...
and with the speedometer I think the predator will not spark much joy
(basically rendering all electric components and the speedo useless)
the motor mount suggests some 50cc engine as far as I can tell.

but really with the perspective of the images it's hard to put my finger on it.

but I guess if you browse through some google image results searching for "49cc mini chopper"
I think you might find some close match yourself.
but since you have nothing but frame geometry to go by.. maybe not as quickly as anticipated :(

Problem is... I think it's been a four speed 50cc scooter engine with alternator and all..
and not only will the predator lack all the fancy electrics..
it's also unlikely to fit into the frame too well
(keep in mind that the cylinder has to point to the BACK of the bike!)

Ok so now im getting to the meat and potatoes of this build. I have a picture of the stock sprocket and it’s not usable with my cc (centrifugal clutch) because one is a bike sprocket and my cc is for a 35 chain. Where will I be able to buy a sprocket that’s the same size of the stock with the same 4 bolt pattern?

Btw: I believe it’s a 50 teeth sprocket

Measure the distance between the farthest bolt hole centers in inches, that is your bolt circle, then you can look for matching sprockets.
Or you can just drill new holes, but they need to be centered.

Ok so I figure I might have to start over. I will need a front tire and to reinstall my disk brake so I’ll have to order the wheel and tire. It looks like the bad *** mini chopper from gokart USA. I’ll will be going with the 35 sprocket on the rear wheel. How will I mount the disk break to the front tire? What rim is needed? Can I use gokartusa?

For now I need front tire setup, disk brakes (although I have drum brakes for the rear so it’s not needed now) grips and other things you guys think I might want to add.

By the way I’m a complete noob so try to take it a little easy on me lol
