and it still get stuck I think it is the spacing on the cup and the pull start
help i have tried 3 different pull starts and still gets stuck it is a homelight212cc

It does not return keeps getting stuck but i have just started it by a drill

That doesn't answer anything.
Is it not retracting? Is it retracting part way and stopping?
Are you putting too much rope on? Most replacement pull cords are designed with push mowers in mind, so the cord is long enough to reach all the way up to the handle. If you wrap all the rope on the recoil mechanism it will bind up. You have to cut like 2-3 feet off.
This post does not help us at all. Or you for that matter....

it is not retracting like I put it on and then I puled it then it got stuck should the fan cover be loose or what would case it

If it doesn't retract at all, the spring might be broken or unhooked if you disassembled improperly.
