HELP I got a go kart with 169cc engine

Looks like a Kazuma drifter or one of the countless rebranded ones. Both the chassis and the engine are made in China, and I believe the wheels and hubs are an odd, hard to find size.

I'd steer away from that, too much Made in China for me.

JT, I think you'd have to agree for the $275 I believe the seller is asking, it is in nice shape for a first kart, and with it being a 212 honda clone, there isn't much of a difference in buying a predator. As far as what the O.P. has asked about, this one is the best of three in a lot of ways. It could always be used later to barter into a better kart. Most of the ads that are in thus area are like the first two he posted, people wanting top dollar for clapped out junk, I've looked, and this one is actually from a link I sent to him. It may be Chinese, but it's in good Condition and looks to be taken care of, for under $300 and the ability to drive it once it's home, I don't see harm in picking it up and flipping it before its beat up. I think any of us picking between the three in question, would likely see this as a viable option if we just wanted to ride. I tried contacting the guy with that manco I posted, and he is NOT responsive. This is honestly one of the better ones available in the area.

I'm 5 8 and I'm going to remove gear ration but dont know much about changing the gear ratio

Ehh, it's all down to the OP's choice. Personally, I'd steer clear, but it would certainly be possible to make a quick buck and wait for a better one.

RandomK, in the thread title, you say you GOT a kart already? Are you looking for a second one or were you just considering getting one with a 169cc Subaru Robin? I'm a little confused.
