Definately post your build log. Also post pics of your TC so that we can get a better idea of your problem

:thumbsup:ok so heres what i took i think this will work for you guys to tell me.. i know its out of line in the pic but if you fully engage the driven pully it is lined up exactly because someone told me it didnt have to be lined up when it was idling it had to be lined up at wot or fully engaged so thats what i did, oh and i got some different spacers but i didnt have time to show you as i was in a hurry. the factory spacer puts the driver pully in further to the engine like alot more than it needs to be(thats what i thought) then after i ran it with that i made one out of pipe and it was almost perfect but not quite it was still a little more towards the engine than needed in my perspective.hope this is more help:wai:

Whoever told you that they didn't have to be lined up was talking out their a**. They definately have to be lined up with the engine turned off. Line them up properly and your belt chewing problem will more than likely be solved

The silver 'spacer' behind your driver is suppose to be the spacer that holds the driver to the shaft...(other side of driver)... leave the black spacer.
