the huasheng 5.5 is acording to the internet a 168F model
which -not coincidentally I assume- is the model number for the Lifan true clone as well
So your engine is a clone of a Honda GX200 (196cc nominal 5.5-6.5 horses depending on yom)
Buy any GX200 clone engine to replace yours and you will be fine.
just make sure it's the same size and style PTO
(we assume a 3/4" straight, keyed shaft)
Ducar and Lifan makes decent quality clones for example
(a third of the price of the real gx200)
same goes for rato (HF rebrands them as 'predator' if you have access to HF that is likely one of the cheapest options)
but if you have access to any industrial four stroke in the 200cc range
(say an old tecumseh, subaru, kohler, briggs and stratton or or or)
it will fit! (crankshaft PTO is all that maters here)
Since industrial engines are specifically made to be easily interchangeable.
