Today, January 26th, is the day we Aussies celebrate the birth of our nation. The date commemorates the day The First Fleet arrived at Sydney cove.

So, Happy "Straya" Day to all the Aussies :thumbsup:

Kingswood is a brand of charcoal in North America. Acca Dacca (LOL) is most definitely what was my favourite band in high school (AC/DC). - Now I'm more of an aficionado. I largely prefer the Bon Scott stuff, from inception to 1979, when Bon died.

I sincerely hope the "thong thing" refers to flip-flop type sandals, as I am deeply disturbed by the thought of a bunch of "mates" getting all knackered on Foster's and cross-dressing...

Little Athena, weighing in at just 3 pounds, was born 10 weeks premature at 3pm. The doctors are very impressed with her; being so young they thought her lungs would be underdeveloped but, she seems to be breathing well on her own

I never would have guessed that Acca Dacca was AC/DC. Are they still big in Australia? I know that is where they originated.

They are still big here as much as any where else
Or as much as an older band can be

They fallen out of favour slightly though new bands coming along
